Elim Counselling Services is a non-profit Christian Counselling organization that operates on the premise that professional counseling is an essential need that should be made available to all in need regardless of their ability to pay. The cost of professional psychotherapy in Canada is unaffordable to many who are in dire need; this includes women who have left abusive relationships, families who have lost the main wage earner, children from abusive homes, and new immigrants to Canada who have not yet developed the financial resources to afford professional counseling. Donations make it possible to provide counseling to these groups while still being able to pay our professionally trained counselors and meet the other expenses of running our organization.
